“The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
John 3:8 –
Many of you young bloods never had to experience the energy shortage we did back in the 1970s. It was truly a pain in the ass to wait in line and you slept with one eye open praying that you had enough gas to get to work in the morning and that no one in the night siphoned your tank. I prayed everyday for it to be over. However, you youngins had to deal with a toilet paper shortage so maybe you win.
The shortages that I lived through made it clear what life was like when our oil supply ran low and how oil truly it has been the life blood of the American economy! Our domestic energy reserves of black gold…Texas Tea has allowed us to ability to operate without needing to answer to foreign suppliers in many situation. However, oil is a finite resource that the middle east is just for us to have a need so they can strike like a sand snake. Unfortunately, many of the oil companies that operate in America have abandoned American purity and became a multinational corporation. This means their board do not represent a purely American interest in energy independence. Not to mention the number of wealth foreign investor from the middle east and china who have bought large stakes in American oil companies. All this means is that when the condition are right there can be a strategic reduction of oil supplied to the U.S. as a wait to weaken us. The most American thing to do is to give a red white and blue middle finger to those who want to believe they have an upper hand on us. We do this by creating made-in-america solar and wind energy that those foreign commies can’t control.
More over in recent years we have sen cyber attack on or electric grid that has the potential to effect entire cities. If these cities go dark do to a foreign attack many Americans could die in the immediate aftermath. You know what those commies can’t shut down a 12 panel solar array attached to my roof that stores excess energy in a battery bank in my garage. I don’t even need to be tied into the grid and neither do you!
